The basic structure of the centrifugal pump is composed of eight parts, namely: impeller, pump body, pump cover, water blocking ring, pump shaft, bearing, sealing ring, filler letter, axial force balance device.
1. The impeller is the core part of the centrifugal pump, and its speed is high.
2. The pump body is also called the pump shell, which is the main body of the pump. It plays a supporting role and connects to the bracket of the bearing.
3. The role of the pump shaft is to connect to the connecting the axis and the motor to pass the torque of the motor to the impeller, so it is the main component that conveys mechanical energy
4. The sealing ring is also known as the leak reduction ring.
5. The filler letter is mainly filled, so that the water inside the pump does not flow outside and does not allow the outside air to enter the pump. Always keep the vacuum in the pump! When the pump axis and the filler friction produce heat, it is necessary to rely on the water seal pipe to the water seal to the water seal to cool the filler!
6. The axial force balance device. During the running of the centrifugal pump, because the liquid enters the impeller under low pressure, it flows out under high pressure, which makes the pressure on both sides of the impeller, which generates axial thrust in the entrance direction. It will cause axial movement in the rotor to generate wear and vibration. Therefore, axial thrust bearing should be set to balance the axial force.
